小的我還在咖啡托兒所階段,
板上的文章還在很努力緩慢研究中,
煮不好,但就是喜歡現煮咖啡的迷人香,
從板上知道豆子新鮮度的重要性,
也因為銀彈不足,
先爬文,買了MSS 1B &法國壓,(上班地方不適合用摩卡壺)
沒想到才剛買,還沒開用哩,
老闆就買了一臺陽春版義式機器~~ ORZ (燦坤購入!!才一千出頭多一些吧)
廠牌型號我忘了,但他可以打奶泡,也還算打得起來,
但是問題來了~~ 本來想說服老闆買2500大洋的的小飛鷹還是小飛馬,
結果老闆聽到超過一千就死也不肯了.......
所以目前上班地方就是一臺義式機,公費買豆子,沒有磨豆機,沒有填壓器......
其他同事也不在乎豆子是否現磨......
所以目前大家就是買豆子請店家磨成粉,整包放著慢慢喝.....
粉真的超快就不香啦......
這,請問是要如何解法 Q__Q
我自己是剛買Mss1B,但是爬了一下文,
都說要電動磨豆機才夠細,
請問如果加篩網,我能用MSS1B現磨來用陽春義式機煮咖啡嗎 >"<
我很努力想要現磨豆子啊啊
另外,因為沒有填壓器,目前我是用倒握寶特瓶壓粉,這樣可以嗎 ORZ
