購買咖啡豆請教 - 咖啡討論

小弟剛接觸咖啡不到半年,一開始也是都喝連鎖咖啡店,到後來漸漸入門手沖,也買了些
器材開始有點心得了,但是經驗值還不夠跳烘豆坑,因此平常所喝的豆子都是買別人烘好
的,但是有些地方一直很納悶,就是平常買咖啡豆的店家,我每次去買豆子總會詢問烘焙
日期是何時,但每次店員都回答我是前一天烘的,(可是他們店裡賣的豆子有三四十款,
真的會每天烘那麼多種嗎?)還有既然是前一天烘好的,為何包裝的時候不是用有單向氣
閥的袋子裝,而是灌氮氣後再密封(烘好的豆子不是都很會排氣?而且我買的還是中深焙
的!)這間店位於台南滿知名國立大學附近,一開始也是爬文看滿多人推薦的,只是小弟
比較菜,希望版上前輩能夠指點迷津,若有錯的地方也請見諒!
