豆子的新鮮度 - 咖啡討論

有個問題我困擾很久了。
如果新鮮的豆子又剛烘沒多久就拿來煮賽風,分層明顯是正常。
如果豆子放很久,烘了之後很久以後才拿來煮,分層不明顯也是正常的。
但是...
如果生豆放了很久才拿來烘,再來煮會分層明顯嗎?
當然是烘完沒多久就拿來煮了。 :")

ps.住宿舍沒有辦法很方便的自己炒豆子,
有沒有除了一次買少量的熟豆以外的拿到新鮮熟豆的辦法呀?Orz
