老實承認,這是我第一台幫浦機,會買的原因,應該是看了一季的
生活咖啡美學.....電視不要亂看,本來一般的滴漏式也喝得很高興的
總之,趴了文,敗了GOOGLE,有看電視當然不會泡不出來,
但是老實說,第一個奶泡是失敗的,享受幾個還能喝的成品後還是有幾個問題
1.是萃取的 時間 重要 還是 量 重要?
我現在煮出來的流速太快,常常15秒左右就已經有30ml的量了,是該停下來
還是繼續讓他萃完? 後半段我有嘗過,其實味道OK但是怕咖啡因過量
目前喝過我泡出的成品的人都很HIGH.....
2.我的磨豆機雖然不是砍豆機,但是是最便宜的雙刀頭機,調到最細似乎還是不夠細
而本來想說就算粗一些重壓應該OK,但是,還是有如同前面的問題,流速太快
然後,剛好手邊有人送的espresso粉 Lavazza的,想說應該夠細了吧,分段填鴨
用力用他附贈的壓把壓,學電視上,靠在桌邊用力壓,還是流速太快......
是填鴨器的問題嗎? 雞精能不能幫上忙?
泡過的粉雖然不是泥狀,但也不算是結實塊狀吧,因為敲不下來,所以不是很清楚
挖下來,是略成塊狀的,濕潤,但應該擠不出水來,這樣算正常嗎?
