說真的加濾紙除了追求比較"純淨"的口感(我知道那個跟純淨無關, 不過總要找個形容詞)
大概剩下的就是要過濾細粉
如果是後者的話, 小咖啡網篩應該比較合乎需求
尤其他可以在進咖啡胡以前把細粉就去掉, 味道會好很多
細粉有多糟? 去借台砍豆機煮個兩杯就知道了 -___-|||
