請問手打奶泡的訣竅 - 咖啡討論

最近買了一隻手打奶泡器 (Junior的 milk frother)
不過打出來的奶泡完全不能拉花
都厚厚一大坨,頂多能拿來做立體雕花而已吧
大概描述一下我的製做過程,麻煩板友們指正一下哪個環節可以修正
我是去超商買220ml的全脂牛奶 用微波爐加熱到約30秒 (不知道這樣有沒有60度?)
回來後牛奶用奶泡器壓到底壓個10下 然後倒進拉花杯中
牛奶跟奶泡感覺像分離的,前段是稀稀的牛奶,後面就一大坨稠稠的奶泡
還是說手打奶泡器本來就打不出可以拉花的奶泡呢??
