請問塞風兩種煮法的差異? - 咖啡討論

我是塞風新手已大略爬過文
發現大部份的人似乎都是用後放粉的一分鐘煮法
可是我照著「咖啡賞味誌」所描述的二種煮法試過一次之後
個人比較偏好先放粉的煮法
據上面的說法時間可拉長到四~六分鐘
讓我不解的是時間相差那麼大的原因是什麼?
只有磨粉的粗細嗎?
另外二種煮法究竟在味道上有什麼差異嗎?
