我是用手沖法(其他的好像看不到)
聽過一個說法
說在沖泡後,如果泡泡維持很久
就是好的豆子
如果一下就都不見,就是比較差的
不知道這樣子判斷是不是有根據?
另外,在泡比較高級(比較貴?)
泡泡似乎會比較綿密
我也有用這個來當作標準之一
不知道各位都是用甚麼標準來判斷豆子的好壞呢?
