愛樂壓- 濾紙x1 倒置法 浸泡20秒, 攪拌20秒, 下壓萃取約30秒
水溫88度
乾香: 巧克力奶油 甜稠紅糖
濕香: 瓜類 甜麥茶
口感: 麥芽糖 紅茶 甜度圓潤尾帶花香 body醇足且口感乾淨
缺點為細微的躁感但不帶澀苦
結論: 好豆,口感純淨高雅的優質亞洲豆
