小弟不才,上來請教各位虹吸高手.
使用H牌的TCA外加拋棄式濾紙,瓦斯小火爐,先下粉,使用Vario。
1.水溫:請問水溫是指上壺吸引水上來時的還是下壺的?
2.火力:當下壺有小水泡,下粉插上壺後,要怎樣判斷火力剛好,看過有人不調火力,也
有移開火源來回的。會影響的是上壺的水溫嗎?
3.時間:是插壺到關火這段時間還是水到下壺完的時間。
因為新手小弟最近試過孔加跟Geisha,手沖都ok,就虹吸會有醬油鹹味。所以對溫度來請教
