肯亞AA的疑問 - 咖啡討論

前陣子回家順便去了歐舍~
由於是第一次去,豆子琳瑯滿目不知道該怎麼選..XD
試喝了店內的一支肯亞AA標為M+的那壺,感覺他的酸味非常的清爽!
淡淡香香的酸~
於是就問了店員,店員介紹說這隻肯亞是Karogoto AA TOP, specialty lot
由於喝起來感覺很棒所以就直接買了僅存的M
奇妙的是回家一沖~苦味非常明顯
不管是降低溫到79度還是加高到90度都有擺脫不了的苦味@ @
找不到在店內喝到的感覺~非常困擾阿~
小弟是使用手沖,小飛鷹3.5刻度,豆子大概養了一周才開
使用三孔濾杯,棉花罐手沖壺
悶蒸20秒,斷水沖到需要的量~大概每次都沖20g沖兩杯份
但是都喝到化不開的苦味!
實在是找不出問題~所以浮上來拜見大家拉^^
希望可以喝到舒服的酸~
