前幾天興沖沖去里X買了500克的義式經典(生豆)
挑豆時發現以下兩種豆子,無法判斷是否是瑕疵豆,我爬文了一下,還是無法解答我的疑惑
PO上來讓板友幫我鑑定

約40克左右,外觀黃綠色(偏黃),豆體內有白色斑點,看起來像發霉...
烘焙後外觀(一爆左右):

斑點感覺還是存在

約20克,外觀白色,觸感滑滑的,外表感覺非常硬,烘焙時不會產生一爆,更不用說二爆
