義式咖啡豆中淺焙 - 咖啡討論

因為比較習慣喝微酸的豆子
但是最近早上讀書趕著出門
每次使用VIRUS磨完中淺焙的豆子
再加掛濾掛袋泡完都快二十分鐘了
一發懶只好去用大樓公共空間的全自動義式咖啡機…
但是大部分外面賣的義式都是深焙豆
味道偏苦不是很喜歡
之前爬過文看的出來義式萃取似乎適合深焙
但是不知道有沒有人有適合義式的中淺豆子?
我其實喝不太出來好壞
只要帶有點微酸不要太苦就可以接受了
