繼在老家喝到的曼巴之後,
我又再次為曼特寧傾倒了>///<
莫非我是曼特寧貓? ^~^
豆子本身的可可香很重,還沒磨之前就香氣撲鼻
我手殘,所以用Alessi的傳統摩卡壺煮...
(先前試驗過幾次,發現這比我手抖要來得穩定好喝)
咖啡前味是花香(熱玉蘭花),在我本來期待它有藥草薄荷味的心情之下,
有聞到一點點帶涼感的草香
整體的口感很醇重,BODY BALANCE很不錯!
喉韻的酸味也很好~明顯的果酸,在喉頭打轉時的感覺也很溫潤
因為很喜歡,所以溫度沒降多少就喝光了,
冷掉的杯子有焦糖香、乾香料味、烏梅酸味
