細粉以及過篩提問 - 咖啡討論

剛剛用小飛馬600N 刻度4.5 來處理巴西的黃波旁
細粉看起來有點多....
而後用濾網想說把細粉篩掉以解決之前卡粉的現象,
可是在洗手台那邊敲敲敲的時候,感覺全部的咖啡粉都快被篩光了= =..
這邊有兩個小小疑問
1.刻度已經調整到4.5,細粉這麼多的原因是為何呢?
是小飛馬的問題?(平均一個禮拜會拆開清理一次) 可以用甚麼方法改善~
2.咖啡粉過篩的程度大概要抓到怎樣的程度呢?
(敲10下? 靠感覺? )
