剛烘好的豆子 味道好奇怪... - 咖啡討論

如題 一個朋友烘了一些耶加給我試試看(不知道水洗還是日曬 等級似乎不高就是)
看起來是中烘焙 豆子顏色不深 也沒有出油
昨天才烘好拿來 所以應該也不是放太久...
簡單的說 就是豆子還沒磨 聞起來的味道像是爆米花還啥的 一整個詭異
磨開以後 確實是有像咖啡的氣味了 但和我印象中的耶加雪菲又不太一樣
香氣部分 確實有花草香 但感覺不夠濃厚
酸味有但不明顯 和印象中類似果汁的口感差很大
本來想是不是烘太深 但又幾乎沒有苦味 一整個很奇怪...= =a
這種狀況是要養豆嗎? 還是烘的時候有什麼眉角沒注意到?
