前陣子看到粕谷哲分享使用 Hario SWITCH 浸漬式濾杯的新沖法,先沖再泡。

簡述一下他的示範作法
* 研磨度 Comandante C40 20 格, 粉量 20g
* 水閥開啟
* 90℃ 注水 60g, 0:30 再注水到 120g
* 兌冷水把 90℃ 降到 70℃ (或另用溫控壺)
* 1:15 關閉水閥,70℃ 注水到 280g
* 1:45 打開水閥
* 3:00 無論是否還有水都拿起濾杯
以淺焙豆測試,味道跟用 C40 30 格沖標準 46 法差不多,稍微重一點。
雖說少了兩次注水,但中間 30s 左右時間要兌水到 70℃ 有點手忙腳亂,
反而還是覺得 46 法比較簡單。
版上沒看到相關討論,想問問是否有版友試驗過,味道如何?

倒入,浸泡階段不需在意注水手法,直接倒入即可
