第二次手網烘豆修正經驗 - 咖啡討論

大家好!我是在三重騎腳踏車賣咖啡的小弟!第一次手網烘豆失敗後,吸取了各位前輩的經
驗,所以今天早上烘培做了修正
這次用了檔風片加上天氣不錯火源穩定多了

照B大說的貼近火源烘,甩的方式照紅大說的劃圓圈,但我減少豆量烘70g,果然這次約12
分鐘開始一爆,但沒有想像中密集,所以約17分鐘才下豆

烘的不是很均勻,但比第一次好太多了(至少不是肉桂烘培了 = =)
這次烤焦了不少豆子@@

我想下一次修正甩手網的方式與火候的控制,希望各位前輩能繼續給我建議,每種器具都
想嘗試看看,謝謝大家,我會繼續努力!
