早上因為牛奶用完的關係
喝了兩杯沒加奶的咖啡
第一杯是用濾泡做的麝香貓咖啡
沒辦法..女友從柬普寨帶回來的一定要喝 囧
豆子聞起來巧克力味超濃
我都懷疑是不是用什麼油下去炒過
喝起來有特殊的味道,但稱不上好喝
不確定豆子烘好多久了,少了甘味
第二杯才是重頭戲
用Gee與綜合豆做出來的espresso
雖然已經煮了了N杯拿鐵
這是我第一次沒加奶直接喝
(以前用ees200沒有勇氣試XD)
用double的濾杯,約25秒40cc
豆子新鮮,所以厚厚的Crema是很基本的
只是偏金黃色而非赭紅色 (十次裡面才能煮出一次赭紅色)
入口後覺得好酸!
然後第一次這麼直接的品嚐到咖啡的風味
味道被放大了好多倍
毫不客氣地告訴你它的個性與脾氣
由於沒喝過專業咖啡師做的espresso
我也不知道這杯算不算好喝
但至少以後每包豆子買來可以先來一杯espresso
可以清楚知道豆子的特性
然後依照心情製作每日拿鐵
