眾所皆知摩卡算是比較低技術要求的烹調器材
某天, 我跑去朋友家, 他泡了一份摩卡(別說踢阿魔怎樣 他至少壺還挺不錯看的)
習慣上來講他都會加大量牛奶, 不過我仍然先喝了一口黑咖啡看看
oh my f**king god 好重的焦苦味
我就在想, 尤其是非聚壓的摩卡壺, 怎樣都不該有那麼重的焦苦味
喝進口連氣都是焦味真的很誇張. 我又看他煮了一次也很正確阿
我也沒聽過那款敢拿出來賣的咖啡敢弄出這種味道
後來我終於想到, 他好像研磨後咖啡粉有點問題
一看 歐 上面還以有很多很細的細粉"磚"
原來他用砍豆機 把付在機體內過細的細粉都拿出來了
難怪 ... -_-
別省那些小粉阿 味道很糟的 :(
砍豆機最大的問題就在於細粉量太多又不好控制
真的要玩個磨卡的話 沒錢買手搖 有錢就買個小飛鷹吧
味道差很多 囧
