這次試飲的為"衣索匹亞西達摩紅櫻桃計畫-坎貝朵日曬豆"
烘焙度 一爆結束 City
只能說人不可貌相 豆不可眼觀
看到的跟聞到的喝到的落差好大阿~~真的有驚豔
打開包裝本來以為乾香淺薄(雖然有酒香,但咖啡味極為不重)的豆子喝起來
應該就普通而已, (先入為主以為試飲包品質都普通尚可)
沒想到磨開後發酵的味道直衝腦門,
熱水沖開的瞬間,迸發出果實熟了的甘甜濕香,
輕飲一口酸香味十足!
第一次知道輕焙的美妙~
看來我以後都要改改自己的"重"口味了~
