用巧克力醬在奶泡上寫字的問題 - 咖啡討論

大家好,
最近想要在奶泡上用巧克力擠字
練習幾次之後發現好像抓不太到問題出在哪><
奶泡沖好後直接淋巧克力醬,還沒有倒到咖啡裡
做出來的成品會像這樣 http://ppt.cc/XJ31
巧克力醬擠下去之後開始冒出大泡泡
或是巧克力醬迅速侵蝕奶泡的現象
我是用EUPA TSK-183 的蒸氣管沖的
請問這是因為奶泡不夠細緻,還是因為奶太熱呢><
還是因為巧克力醬濃稠度的原因??
爬過文有板友提過好時可可醬OK,我也是用好時的醬@@
