烘豆沒有一爆 - 咖啡討論

最近入手手搖烘豆坑
從挑豆到烘豆真的超有趣
但最近發現一個問題
個人偏好淺烘焙
有次烘豆時,因為火力比較大
造成一爆開始時,豆子顏色就感覺進入中烘焙了,而且煙味很重
所以我就試試火力用比較小
想說這樣脫水效果應該好
進入一爆時,豆色也會好看
結果我烘了100g 25分鐘,都還沒聽到一爆,豆色算中烘焙了,所以就趕快拿起來
想請問大大們,是不是我脫水脱太久
造成一爆消失了@@
