小弟最近烘豆遇到點問題
我用手網烘肯亞aa
第一次烘到一爆末端
太生,酸味明顯
第二次烘到約touch 二爆
沒有酸味,但是仍然帶有生味
這讓我有點困惑,爲何他的生味使終去不掉呢
不知各位有何看法
