濾壓的咖啡不一樣了?? - 咖啡討論

平常工作都用小飛鷹磨完,BODUM法式濾壓煮咖啡
熱水沖下去之後總會看到咖啡豆美麗的澎漲,細微的泡沫
最近這美麗的澎漲跟泡沫居然都沒了,大概2分鐘左右,就看到粉已經都沉在下方
也不知道是不是心理作用
總覺得咖啡沒有以前這麼好喝 XD
想請問各位前輩,我是哪裡做錯啦??
回想最近好像有做的改變如下:
1 一樣是歐舍,但比較淺烘焙
2 小飛鷹拆下來清,刻度跟以前不同?
