上回和同事去咖啡店喝水洗淺中焙耶加,店內有小富士鬼齒 & kalita Next g兩台電磨.
請老闆各沖一杯比較兩種不同類型刀盤的風味.
耶加淺中焙較適合平刀,平刀較有層次和相對清爽的感覺.鬼齒把耶加淺中焙的特性模糊了.
後來換日曬淺中焙耶加比拚電磨使用anfim 鈦刀 V.S kalita next g ,
anfim 口感乾淨,清爽,尾韻長 , next g 明顯不及 anfim.
心得:若喜歡手沖耶加淺焙or淺中焙 & 拿鐵咖啡 , 只要留一台 anfim 即可.
