關於拉花練習 - 咖啡討論

小弟我剛踏入拉花屆2個月
覺得在練習拉花的部分牛奶真的很燒…
而且1天自己要喝的話頂多早晚各2杯的練習量
往往有時會因為奶泡沒打足或手殘等等因素就沒什麼練到
最近看到網路上有人推練習時可以用牛奶加咖啡粉反覆使用
自己嘗試過後發現用cx-25p打完以後那個方法頂多撐個3杯奶泡就沒了
想問板上的大家有試過這個方法嗎??
或是大家都怎麼練呢??(能省成本當然再好不過)
2個月了連愛心都不太能穩定出有點想屎……orZ
