目前遇到一個問題想請教大家
我跟我朋友用同一款磨豆機,但不同款式的手沖壼
他使用的是濾紙式手沖壼,而我使用的是法蘭濾布式的
問題來了,我買了一款日晒的中焙豆子然後分些給他
我們同樣沖煮這款豆子,沖的方式也一樣
豆水比15:180、悶蒸20s、水溫90度
磨豆的刻度轉到底在回轉5圈
但他沖出來的說太濃有點苦、而我沖出來的卻是有點淡沒甜味
想請問大家這問題造成差異的原因是什麼?
我要怎改變才能沖出濃一點的口感?
