請教各位專家,
本人很少喝咖啡,也沒有沖泡器具XD
前陣子友人贈送一小包125g 印尼咖啡,
上面只有印尼文XD,谷歌翻譯說只需沖熱水85~96度c後可以喝,是混arabika toraja製成
它的粉很細, 大概跟可可粉差不多,但沖泡後還是有很細的咖啡色沉澱,味道很好,不酸也沒焦味,沉澱雖不算多但那個沉澱影響口感了
請問這種要怎麼泡,是不是本來就要過濾才能喝啊?
