極淺焙如何沖煮? - 咖啡討論

豆子是會自烘的朋友的朋友送的,所以實際焙度我是不知的,但是手搖磨豆機磨起來極度吃力,沒辦法完整施力一圈的程度,比耶加雪菲硬很多,泡過兩次喝起來很淡,味道也很淺沒特別尾韻蠻像二沖的。
我自己判斷是不是極淺焙或比一般淺焙更淺的豆子。
想了解要怎麼喝,溫度,水粉比,手法,要用手沖還是賽風。
