梯形濾杯沖泡問題 - 咖啡討論

1.剛買了一個品皇便宜的梯形濾杯02(樹脂),
在淺焙的表現真的很突出,15g粉,
在第一段沖完後,接下來的注水濾杯流速會漸慢,
到最後一段我把濾杯移起來看,只有兩孔出水,
而且是滴水的(三孔)。總沖到三分鐘,我提前移開,
水還沒流完,口感比用V60香酸更突出,我很喜歡。
但是不能沖到我要的CC數,我目前是加悶蒸共四段注水,
水位下不去,也沒法後段給大水,難不成要再磨粗?
再粗怕不夠味,或是我第一段水要大。
請問有哪些手法可以改善嗎?
2.還有樹脂的KONO怎麼那麼貴,HARIO和KALITA都還好呀~~
是賣名氣的還是有他的獨到之處?
3.我目前聽到的都是總沖時長2分半(v60),
大家能分享一下自己的手沖時長嗎,感覺我的v60不夠味,
是因為沖太快了通常兩分不到。
