沒有買市售冰滴壺,隨便拿自家現成工具亂滴看看
用手沖的粗細磨粉,使用kono濾杯當粉杯,先以粉重的1.5-2倍的水預浸,蓋上剪裁濾紙
(用梯形濾紙剪成3等份),在kono上再放上一個大一點的濾杯,使用粉重的12-15倍的冰
塊,放在室溫慢慢滴,滴完後再放入冰箱2-3天(當然中間也是每天偷喝一點點)
心得:第一次沒有預浸濕咖啡粉,結果水因為通道效應就快速流過咖啡粉,萃取不出味道
。
也試過放在冷藏滴,因為冰塊融化速度太慢都超過:4小時還沒什麼滴到。
