有關豆子的存放 - 咖啡討論

前一陣子我朋友給了我一包小包咖啡豆試喝包,
外包裝寫著"有機阿拉比卡",註明是中度烘焙。
但是我打開一看,豆子泛著油光,顏色在我看來已經算深焙了吧。
放進手搖裡磨豆,發現很順,感覺就像是上了潤滑油一般...冏>
沒有平常磨豆時有卡卡砍到豆子的感覺。
拿syphon來煮,味道上沒有很吸引人的香味,
煙燻味倒是挺重的,跟我以前喝的都不太一樣呢。
我想問的是,請問這是因為豆子放太久泛的油光,還是因為深烘而泛的油光呢?
沖泡起來分層不明顯,直覺就是豆子不新鮮...||
另,平常我喝的豆子都是在烘焙溫度340F左右,請問這算淺焙還是中焙呢?
