曼特寧生豆烘豆問題 - 咖啡討論

各位咖啡板的前輩大家好
前些日子買了一台半直火的家用烘豆機
想切進烘豆這一塊 也順道買了林東G1曼特寧 還有綠寶石曼特寧
可是一直抓不到烘培度
試過一爆關火悶10分下豆(太生根本無法入口)
二爆關火悶5分(太焦 喝起來整個都是炭味)
二爆馬上下豆(有點生= = )
完全沒有所介紹敘說的有堅果味= =
能夠請高手傳授秘訣嗎?
