今日有網友來訪,閒聊中得知,對於上次ECX日曬的團,
覺得手沖喝來還好,故想要了解還有何種玩法~~
剛好小弟有冰滴起來,便拿出來分享~~
沒想到,網友喝過後直說怎麼跟手沖差那麼多,
直呼不可思議,這也是這次分享的主要原因~~
讓大家能有機會喝喝小弟冰滴的咖啡
此次預計分享2隻日曬冰滴的豆子(各120cc)~~
1.ECX日曬耶加
冰滴完,再經過發酵,喝起來會有微微紅酒香
而柑橘等香味,也都保留下來~~
2.日曬瓦哈娜:
喝來一樣會有發酵的酒香,而豆子本身的香味,
有龍眼乾及哈密瓜香味~~
