新手選豆的價格？ - 咖啡討論

各位好~
跌入咖啡坑有好一陣子了，每天喝咖啡喝到覺得好像咖啡上癮 = =|||
除了購買咖啡店或便利商店的咖啡
最近買了一些簡單的手沖器具，想要開始自己沖咖啡
關於咖啡豆的部分，各個店家所賣的價格不一
半磅的咖啡豆從200~500元以上都有
當然，一分錢一分貨，想要高品質的咖啡豆，就要付出比較高的價錢
但礙於我現在是新手
到底應該...
1.購買好的咖啡豆，從一剛開始就培養自己的舌頭
（畢竟我現在對於分辨不同豆子味道的能力還很差....）
2.購買便宜、品質OK的豆子，反正一開始都需要練習，不要糟蹋好的豆子、不要浪費錢
我是外地來台北工作的人，住在京華城附近（搬來沒多久）
台北真的是一個非常多咖啡店的地方
而且特色小店、擁有自烘咖啡豆的店也很多；但品質如何，我還不太清楚
上面二選一選完之後，有沒有推薦購買咖啡豆的店家呢？
