最近剛學賽風煮咖啡
耶加是跟店家買,有說要淺培
煮法:是水上升後,溫度穩定小氣泡後再放粉→順時針攪拌→約50秒關火→攪拌至咖啡下壺停止。
因為我媽都趁我煮完第ㄧ次後,再煮ㄧ次說比較好喝,所以這次我也煮第二次喝看看。
第一次:香氣較香,微酸,微苦,但是順口。
第二次:香氣聞起來有點焦苦味,覺得喝下去口感ㄧ定很差,但是喝下去,很清淡(不酸不苦),但是舌頭上有點清涼感,甚至過ㄧ陣子口中的香氣還在。
對於這樣的結果我感到很訝異,這樣是不是我第ㄧ次沒有把咖啡粹取好或者攪拌過度,後段的香氣沒有出來,而且有點苦味。
