摩卡壺喝美式 - 咖啡討論

入門超級新手
現有器材小飛馬+聰明濾杯+深焙喝美式
覺得味道有點沒層次...
想買加壓摩卡壺
看教學示範都是煮濃縮(Crema看起來好棒啊!!!!)
但是濃縮只是偶爾喝 主要還是以美式為主
我的理解用摩卡壺煮美式是煮好後直接加水
請問這樣煮OK嗎?是否會失去Crema的香氣?
感覺好像沒必要又浪費...?
