平時喜歡手沖
淺焙.中焙的非洲/中美洲豆都滿喜歡的
偶爾也喝喝曼特寧
但是上班時間較少較不方便
就會選擇掛耳式
買了幾包連鎖的歐客佬掛耳包, COE認證的
發現似乎普遍烘得滿深的?
焦苦味有點蓋過原本豆子的香氣
之前也有買過俐德
價位便宜 C/P值還不錯
有一批的曼巴掛耳 回甘焦糖味很棒
不過最近買的比較遜色一些

不知道大家有沒有推薦的掛耳品牌
或者是各地小咖啡館的自製掛耳包
喜歡喝淺焙一點的,帶果酸果香層次感
只要單價合理,方便購買的
