材料(一小杯份量):
1.冰全脂鮮奶 300ml (此食譜採用林鳳營)
2.靜岡抹茶粉
3.森半 おけいこ用抹茶 (無糖)
(或是它牌的真正抹茶粉,如果都很難買到,可以參考文章最後面介紹的台灣可以買到的)
挑這個牌子的原因是,較便宜,抹茶味也夠。(好市多好像有賣同牌罐裝的,但是有加
糖,所以不適用)
工具:
1.濾網
2.量匙 (本食譜使用大匙15cc)
3.奶泡杯
準備工作:
1.濾靜岡抹茶粉,從抹茶粉中過濾出砂糖(本食譜,過濾兩次)
開始做 :
Step1
靜岡抹茶粉 2.5大匙 ( 一大匙 15cc )
森半抹茶粉 0.5大匙
全脂鮮奶約 100cc
放進杯子
Step2
快速拉30下,讓少量牛奶抹茶粉溶解。
注意:如果一開始就導入全部的牛奶,容易讓抹茶粉形成塊狀,無法溶解
Step3
打開蓋子,導入剩下的牛奶。並照圖示開始拌勻~
打開蓋子看,如果覺得泡沫已經足夠,就可以停止。如果有人喜歡更多泡沫,
可以從 中/高速/20下 > 高/慢速/20下再做一次。
Step4
完成!!!
