這天下午趁著空檔溜到最近常光顧的星巴克公館門市,
點了杯剛推出的布蕾瑪奇朵,熱的大杯要價NT.130,
另外加點無花果桂圓麵包(NT.55)與提拉米蘇千層薄餅(NT.80)
布蕾瑪奇朵有點像是經典焦糖瑪奇朵的變奏曲,
以布蕾糖漿取代原有的香草糖漿,綿密的奶泡上頭改淋黑焦糖醬,
視覺上更增添優雅氣息與質感。
香味濃郁,入口後沒有想像中來得甜,
口感倒有點類似使用RUM的愛爾蘭咖啡,有點偏苦,
後來請夥伴多壓一下糖漿,自此甜味較為明顯苦味則反,
是個人較推薦的飲用方式。
無花果桂圓麵包上頭點綴著半顆無花果乾,
顏色看起來相當誘人。
麵包口感紮實而細緻,帶點微微的無花果與桂圓甜味,
與這一次的新品布蕾瑪奇朵非常地搭。
提拉米蘇千層薄餅成功地將兩種不同的糕點融合在一起,
千層餅皮的特殊柔軟口感配合著提拉米蘇的咖啡酒與蘭姆酒甜香,
入口後層層綿密與入口即化的口感相當吸引人,
一樣與這次的布蕾瑪奇朵非常地搭。
一杯布蕾瑪奇朵配上一份糕點,
一份好看的書報雜誌與一點兒空暇,
坐在悠閒的沙發區望著被阻隔在窗外的車水馬龍,
美好的下午時光被詮釋得如此淋漓盡致呀。
