練習手沖單品咖啡也近3個多月了
但最近卻感覺手沖沖不出豆子的好味道
如沖泡耶加，雖然可以沖出酸味，但總會感覺到澀感
而且那酸味也沒辦法感受到
如咖啡店點手沖耶加，醇厚的柑橘酸味
因此特地錄了手沖片段

本次手沖相關資料
傻爸濾架、UCC 101濾紙
VIRUS 手搖磨豆機 退7格
水溫約90度
咖啡豆：傻爸精選尼泊爾卡斯奇
沖泡約330ml 、採不斷水沖煮
自己感覺這次沖煮有幾次外圍注水太過
且過程中有斷水了幾次
原本打算沖約300cc 最後卻取了330~350cc
因為這是第一次手沖尼泊爾卡斯奇
我也不太清楚應該是什麼味道
但這次入口，我首先感覺到的是蠻強烈的澀味
口感略雜了點，微酸微苦，感覺不太厚實
希望各路高手指點，讓小弟能更上一層，謝謝！
