新手一枚 喝咖啡的資歷很淺 有很多也許是很基本的事情都不太懂
問題有什麼不妥當的地方請多多包涵啦 :p
大前天拿到在歐舍訂的豆子 今天開來喝
(歐舍的速度真的超快的呀~!)
我訂的是"衣索匹亞公平貿易有機耶加雪夫" 烘培度M0+
打開來看的時候嚇一跳 豆子大大小小的差距很大
查一下資料 應該是正常的(吧XD)
而且銀皮很多 幾乎每一顆豆豆的縫都塞滿銀皮
有少數一些豆子 甚至是整顆被銀皮包裹著 手搓一下可以搓下來
我直接丟進郵筒磨 磨的時候覺得滿硬的 手很痠 XD
有淡淡的茉莉花香飄出來 滿不錯的
磨好的粉倒出來 充滿了銀皮阿~~~
而且可能是豆子硬的關係 磨出來的粉看起來比以往粗 (我是轉到最緊後鬆四格)
用濾泡式手沖 (手法非常遜 XD)
水一沖下去 銀皮整個飄起來 遮蔽了視線 無法觀察粉層發展 只好亂沖一通 orz
喝起來有點淡 主要的香味是花茶味+橘子味 酸味不錯 但不是很強烈的那種
尾韻有點檸檬皮的味道
不過喝完後覺得嘴裡有點澀 不知道是不是銀皮的關係
因為聽說銀皮容易造成澀味
我的問題是... 這隻豆子銀皮這麼多是正常的嗎?
如果是的話 要怎麼解決手沖時看不見的困擾呢?
(還是是因為我的手沖技術不佳才會出現這種問題XD)
需要在磨豆前把銀皮挑掉嗎 (好麻煩喔@@)
