各位高手大大好
以手沖來說,對於悶蒸的概念是浸濕咖啡粉,加速排氣,讓後面的萃取更均勻
除了這樣之外,想請問悶蒸是否對於風味的發展會有所影響,悶蒸的時間若拉長會不會使後面的風味更飽滿,甚至萃取率拉高?
