很莫名的所有的事情迅速的一起集合了!
讓我的咖啡之旅就這樣半推半就(?)的開始了
1,跟著版友一同合購了阿冷版主的哥倫比亞聖塔巴巴拉(感謝ledutemps & TWCHIEN)
2,手沖壺也自己跑來了(感謝 evilgeo)
3,弄了個葡萄酒醒酒器,劃上刻度偽裝成下壺
4,久遠前朋友送的小飛鷹+工作用的電子秤
5,老媽不知哪買的小濾杯+大創濾紙
6,依舊很笨拙的舌頭
7,還沒溫度買到電子探針式溫度計(只能先忽略溫度影響)
介紹完畢-.-
口味與感受大家可能都不太一樣
那..我就依照我的感受說一下
希望描述的明白
在手法或器材上請大家盡量給我建議
就算爆文了也沒關係O_Q

研磨後 (小飛鷹 2.5左右,銀皮很多沒吹,沒塞粉)

品名:聖塔巴巴拉(02/26烘豆)
風味:苦巧克力、黑莓風味,放涼至中低溫時,會有哈蜜瓜的瓜果類風味出現

袋子一打開的果酸香就很明顯了,很酸但是很濃郁,感覺很棒
研磨後更強了,酸味也強XD
銀皮很多..
悶蒸時的香氣比研磨後溫馴一點,濃但不強
沖完後聞起來還是酸酸的,(但是我喜歡那顏色)
今天沖2次,都是20g沖200cc左右,然後沒溫度計,
第一次
水滾比較久,倒到手沖壺的時候還會噴,(熄火後大概隔1分鐘就沖了)
入口的酸味比較強,很後頭出現很淡的苦味,後韻的酸很厚實的停留在嘴裡
溫度稍降後,入口時,酸味更銳利,有點不舒服,苦味略增
再放涼,酸度微降,還是有點尖銳,苦味(應該就是黑巧克力味?)更明顯
感受上後韻稍微變淡些
~~~~經過1小時~~~
第二次
水滾後,刻意放一下等溫度略降
入口的黑莓酸強,接近我能接受的酸的喜愛上限,
隨後出現喝到淡淡黑巧克力味(微苦的味道)
喉韻是酸+甜,整個味道停留在嘴巴的時間很長,很棒。
放涼後果酸稍減,苦味增加,我喝不出來瓜果類的味道
(我自認國語文+表達力不好,形容的應該很差XD,請多擔待)
