我是用pearl horse的手沖壺 0.5L
長久下來手沖都有一個問題,水退去之後,咖啡粉呈現應該是均勻分散在濾紙上
但是我弄的咖啡粉靠近最上緣總會有一圈斷層,那裡沒有咖啡粉積在上面
這樣的咖啡都會帶著水的味道,影響風味
我不知道是我手沖的力道太大了 水流太快,還是因為粉的顆粒粗細沒調好?
