上禮拜買了一磅的曼特寧
請店家幫我磨豆
(因為我只有砍豆機)
磨出來的顆粒比砍豆機的粗
店家說是2.5的刻度
(我不知道是哪一台機子XD)
拿回家沖發現悶的時候粉不會膨起來
水一下子就被吸收了
上一批的豆子也是同樣店家的曼特寧
不過好像是現炒出來直接裝給我的
用砍豆機砍玩去沖
膨的很明顯也很漂亮~
請問是豆子鮮度的關係 還是粉的粗細比較有關係呢?
