想請教關於用手沖的時候 - 咖啡討論

再用手沖壺沖泡濾滴式咖啡的時候

濾下的咖啡上有些許的泡泡

那是因為水溫不夠嗎?

還是本身咖啡豆新鮮度的關係?

還是有其他原因呢??
