大家好,小弟最近接觸手沖咖啡,泡起同事推薦的某牌曼巴/曼摩(一包約200上下)
溫度約90度上下,小飛馬刻度約4.5,第一泡先悶蒸約30秒,明顯感覺膨脹起來
(有人說悶蒸第一泡最好倒掉)
豆子大概是20g,泡出來喝起來也OK

後來逛COSTCO看到黃色香草咖啡豆覺得很香就買來試試,
一樣的手法,咖啡才剛開封,
不但悶蒸膨脹不起來,而且流速很慢,滴好久才進入杯子
泡起來難喝,又酸又苦,沒感覺到香草味道 >_<
我想說流速慢,還刻意把小馬刻度放大到5~5.5

想說是不是這款豆子問題
今天去逛COSTCO本來想退掉這款,剛好看到有在現場展示試喝這款,
只見阿姨用機器泡出來的咖啡,加上一點奶精(200多塊那款)
咦~泡起來還不難喝啊,怎麼跟我手沖的差那麼多?
哀哀~難道手沖真的比不上填充式機器萃取出來的嗎?
