手沖 從H5郵筒改用小飛鷹 - 咖啡討論

前陣子終於抱了一台小飛鷹回家,終於不用再跟郵筒奮鬥.
泡咖啡也不用再躲躲藏藏, 擔心家人突然一句:順便幫我煮一杯
之前手沖用H5郵筒磨,大概都是用七格左右,
根據一些網路文獻
小飛鷹我就從 3.5 開始嘗試
我主要都是手沖,偶爾用塞風或法壓
水溫嘗試過 95~85 ;
豆子: 黃曼、肯亞AA、伊索匹亞、巴布亞新幾內亞;
以下是煮了一磅的心得
小飛鷹刻度 手沖 塞風 法壓
3.5 → 跟啃豆子一樣 none none
4 → 跟啃豆子一樣 澀味明顯 none
4.5 → 澀味明顯 ok ok
5 → 勉強可以(肯亞 ok) none none
5.5 → ok none none
